Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 June 2026 · Pre-pilot draft. ARCMENTOR is in pre-pilot development; this policy describes our current, real data handling and will be expanded before any pilot or production launch.

Key points (EN)

We only collect the email (and message) you send us. All processing runs in the EU (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt). No trackers, no ad cookies. Email contact@arcmentor.tai.technology to access or delete your data.

Kluczowe punkty (PL)

Zbieramy tylko e-mail (i treść wiadomości), który nam wysyłasz. Całe przetwarzanie odbywa się w UE (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt). Bez trackerów i ciasteczek reklamowych. Dostęp/usunięcie danych: contact@arcmentor.tai.technology.

1. Who we are

ARCMENTOR is an industrial AI co-pilot project for robotic MIG/MAG welding, operated by its founder, Vitaliy Vlasovets. Site: arcmentor.tai.technology. Contact: contact@arcmentor.tai.technology. Legal entity: <legal entity TBD> – company registration is in progress; this page will be updated with the registered controller details once available.

2. What we collect

  • Contact / early-access email: your email address and the content of any message you send when you email us or ask to join the early-access list.
  • Live-demo input: the text you type into the on-site demo is sent to our backend to generate a response. We do not require or ask for personal data in the demo.
  • Technical logs: standard server/CDN logs (e.g. IP address, timestamp, user agent) generated by hosting, used for security and abuse prevention.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or behavioural tracking. The site loads one open-source library (Leaflet) from a public CDN to render a map; no personal data is shared with that CDN beyond the technical request itself.

3. Why we process it, and the legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

  • Responding to your enquiry / early-access interest – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) and/or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Running the demo you requested – to provide the service you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).
  • Security and abuse prevention (technical logs) – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Processors and where your data goes

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS), region eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany) – hosting and the cloud diagnostic loop. AI responses are generated in-region via Amazon Bedrock (Claude Haiku 4.5 / Sonnet 4.6).
  • AWS static hosting / CDN – the website is served as static files; a content delivery network (CloudFront) distributes static assets globally. DNS (Route 53) and TLS certificates (ACM) are global by nature and carry no message content.
  • Email – messages you send arrive at contact@arcmentor.tai.technology.
  • No US scheduling processor. We do not use Calendly or any similar third-party scheduling tool; calls are arranged by email.

5. Data residency

Personal-data processing is kept in the EU by design – AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). Region is locked for GDPR (internal invariant INV-016). The only global components are static-content delivery, DNS and certificates (CloudFront, Route 53, ACM), which do not hold message content.

6. Audio data (future capability)

On-site (edge) audio is a planned future capability (Wave 2+). By design, raw audio is not uploaded by default; only derived features would ever leave the device (internal invariant INV-006). No audio is collected today.

7. Retention

  • Contact / lead emails: kept until you ask us to delete them, or until the early-access programme ends – then deleted.
  • Demo input: processed transiently to return your result; not used to build a profile of you.
  • Technical logs: retained for a limited period for security, then rotated/deleted.

8. Your rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability.

To exercise any right (DSAR), email contact@arcmentor.tai.technology. We currently handle requests manually and aim to respond within 30 days. A self-service data-subject-access workflow is planned (Sprint 14); until then, manual handling applies. You may also lodge a complaint with your local EU data protection authority.

9. Children

The site is aimed at industrial/business users and is not directed at children.

10. Changes

This is a pre-pilot draft and will be updated as the product, legal entity and DSAR tooling mature. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
